A solid union
Enologist Tommaso Rindi and agronomist Samuele Falciani, who have both worked for wineries in the Chianti area, decided to start their own viticultural and winemaking project.
They chose Bolgheri and, by joining forces, founded “I Tirreni”.
Ancient roots
“I Tirreni” is a name that pays tribute to the Etruscans who were the first people to settle in this territory and practice viticulture.
There are 4.5 hectares of vineyards concentrated in two areas adjacent to the north-western border of the appellation: one in Ferruggini and the other in Osteria Vecchia.
