The history
In 1999 Khanh Nguyen and Franco Batzella, wife and husband, after almost 30 years of careers in international finance, decided to return to Italy to undertake a new life challenge, become wine producer in Tuscany, in the enchanting territory of Bolgheri.
Under the guidance of Professor Attilio Scienza, 7.5 hectares of vineyards were planted mainly with Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, with the aim of making wines that fully express the typicality of their territory and tradition.
An important legacy
In 2021 the couple decided to retire and sell the company that was bought by San Felice.
The goal remains to continue in the footsteps traced by the Batzellas both in the production philosophy and in the company dimension.
